Glenn Sabin has directed business operations and strategic planning for magazines and clients for over 20 years. Sabin started working in the music business when he was just 12 years old, helping out his father, Ira Sabin, at his jazz and R&B record store, Sabin’s Records, in downtown Washington, D.C. In 1984, the younger Sabin joined his father at JazzTimes (which Ira had started in 1970), contributing to nearly every aspect of the magazine’s operations and gaining invaluable knowledge of both the magazine business and the music industry. Since that time, Sabin has become a recognized expert in music publishing, partnerships, and strategic content initiatives.
